As has been stated, we have many decades of experience in a wide variety of industries, what this means is that quite often we have been asked to solve a production measuring or test problem that we have come across before and solved!
We are aware that many of our customers have thought that a custom designed solution to their particular problem would be an expensive option. However, many times we have seen a standard piece of equipment being used in a process, where the equipment is being under-utilised together with the original cost being excessive for the application it was intended for, making a custom design often a more cost effective solution.
We are specialist problem solvers and when we design an instrument to solve a problem we always have the following in mind:
"A good design is one where the required performance is achieved with the minimum of complexity"
Although this may appear an obvious statement, you would be surprised at how few designs attempt to achieve it and end up becoming over complex, unreliable and expensive, not to mention difficult to operate.
